Saturday 26th, 2015 : ¡GLOBALQUERQUE! New Mexico´s 11th Annual Celebration of World Music and Culture. I co-hosted with KUNM Music Director Mathieu Finch, KUNM Radio live broadcast, from the stages of this festival, from 7:00PM (MT) until midnight! Streaming on line: www.kunm.org . Production Director  Román García led the engineers and crew on each stage.

¡Globalquerque! celebrated 11 years as New Mexico’s celebration of World Music and Culture at the National Hispanic Cultural Center (NHCC)in Albuquerque (New Mexico, USA). KUNM Radio  broadcasted live. It’s a musical trip throughout the world: 17 musicians from around the world: Tunisia, Chile, Estonia, China, Pakistan, Colombia, Mvskoke Nation, Russian Federation, Honduras, Apache/Arikara/Hidatsa, Texas (US), Jamaica, Nigeria, Angola/Congo, Mali, and of course: New Mexico!

On Friday, I also had the pleasure to introduce from the Journal Theatre (NHCC) the artists Maarja Nuut (Estonia), Fareed Ayaz and Abu Muhammad (Pakistan) and East River Ensemble (China).

It was a great experience of work in an amazing team: friendly, calm, efficient. There wasn´t even a second of panic… Everything rolled smoothly!
