The book “Artists Inspiring Artists” includes artists’ artwork paired with the ideas behind the act of creation that inspires their practice. It was  published by the Montgomery Art Association (Washington D.C., 2025, ISBN: 978-1-62429-519-5). The release party was held at the Kensington Park Library (5/14/2025).

Cristina Baccin was featured with her painting “Loose Marble / Biglia libera”. Baccin expresses that in her visual projects, she represents the diasporas of her life.

The painting “Loose Marble”  was exhibited at “Paint The Town” art show organized by the Montgomery Arts Association (MAA) at the Kensington Historic Armory (September 2-4, 2023, Kensington, MD). It  was also exhibited at the Baltimore Artscape Festival (Sept. 22-24, 2023) to promote the Montgomery College Arts Program. 

The book was presented by Rose McManus Coleman, MAA’s Secretary at an Opus Author event  at Politics and Prose´s Book store, Washington D.C. on August 2nd, 2025.
